• AI Chat Functionality: Access to AI chat services powered by OpenWebUI and the OpenAI API. Use of these services is subject to OpenAI's terms and acceptable use policies.

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not use our services to transmit, store, or process any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• For AI chat services, you must not use the service to generate or disseminate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by AZ Forge remain our property or the property of our licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party providers (such as AWS or OpenAI). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may affect service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant disruptions.

7. Service Throttling and Suspension Due to Heavy Usage

AZ Forge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to throttle, limit, or remove access to any of its services if your usage is deemed excessive or is likely to incur significant costs to the company. This may be done without refund or compensation. In such cases, AZ Forge will make reasonable efforts to contact you to discuss the situation and attempt to arrange an alternative solution where possible.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or interruptions in third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Forge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AZ Forge and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Support and maintenance are provided as described in your service agreement. We strive to respond to support requests promptly but do not guarantee specific response times unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
